The teaching life is the life of the explorer, the creator and constructing a classroom of free exploration for our educators. The secrete ingredient is about engagement between the teacher and students, But it takes courage!
Effective teachers continually improve their skills by learning from the latest trends in the field of education and let us not forget the healthy relationships that we as teachers build with students.
In my opinion good students are those who learn, whatever their deficits, barriers and whatever their story they should take new information and new experience and to the best of their ability they will transform their selves and the world to the best version and I learned from my experience in teaching and learning through my school and college years that the good teacher is the one who connect and recognize good students In all their FORMS.
Teachers are always thinking, observing and focusing in all ways of learning how to teach. To create a successful learning environment we should focus on the ability of students to demonstrate their level of understanding for the topics and not just about grades.
The issue that we always faced as students in the past years and also in the 21st century is ''How to learn?'' many of us and many of our students dont have strong learning skills which is the obstacles that face them in learning journey. But their's the good news! with the help of this course and the teaching diploma degree we now know about learning and study strategies that promote deep understanding of the content for students and on how to grow their skills.
We learned about how to use softwares and technology in EDUC 561, actual tools, good ideas and creative for using quizzes, exams and also maybe giving how-to-study advices .
